Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors, re-arrangements will be done by staff during cocktail hour.

A shuttle bus will be running for the last 2 hours of the reception to bring guests to the Hyatt House in Minot, ND.

Any vehicles left in the parking lot overnight must be removed by 9 AM the following morning.

No outside food or alcohol is allowed on the venue property (including the parking lot.) Dinner and a cash bar will be provided.

Please keep children off the balcony.

Please be mindful of messes as the wedding party and families will be doing all cleanup after the reception.
